In order to be certain that a patient is referred to a clinician who is fully competent in the administration of the ReBuilder and the best practices protocols, we have designed a 20 question exam, that if you pass, will enable us to put your name and contact information on our treatment center page.
We have prepared a video lesson that will go thru the questions on the exam to help prepare you for the online exam.

Once you have watched the short video, then come back here and click on the test link below and it will take you to the test page. Please answer the questions and press the submit button. Your exam will be graded immediately and you will receive an instant notice of pass fail. If you fail, you can retake the exam until you pass. If you pass, then we will send you via e-mail your certificate that you can frame and display.
Please note that we will make random calls to treatment center to check out how your receptionist answers simple questions about the ReBuilder to make certain that an incoming patient is made to feel comfortable, and that simple questions are answered correctly.
Also, If a complaint is referred to us by a potential client, we will forward that complaint to you, and we would expect a response within one week documenting how you resolved the issue. If not resolved, your center's link may be removed until it is remedied.
